How do I log in to hear my show?
To login to the B&T VIP site, click here to input your user name and password.
Why do I keep getting redirected to the login page after signing in?
If after trying to log in you are redirected back to the signup page, this is a cookie issue. The most likely issues are usually either your cookies are not enabled, that you have conflicting member/guest cookies, or that you have a program installed that is prohibiting our cookies for being stored.
First, make sure that your cookies are enabled in your web browser:
Click on Tools (located on your toolbar)
Click on Internet Options
Select Privacy
Pull the slide bar down to Accept All Cookies
Select Apply
If your cookies are enabled and you are still being redirected to the signup page, then you most likely have conflicting guest/member cookies. In this case we suggest clearing your browser's cache/temporary internet files completely:
Click on Tools
Click on Internet Options
Click on Delete Browsing History
Press Okay
Close Browser
Return to Desktop
Empty Recycle Bin
Be prepared to login again

If you have already done the above and still cannot access, then the most likely issue is that your computer's personal security (such as a firewall, pop-up blocker, etc) is causing the trouble. Please try disabling your security and logging in again to see if this is the cause. If so, contact your security system's manufacturer for information on resolving the conflict.
I have forgotten my username or password. How do I get them back?
The Bob & Tom Show requires a username and password for access to the audio, downloads and, in some cases, video elements that are exclusive to members. When you subscribe, you receive an email that has a username and password for you. Our suggestion would be to save and print this email for your records. If for any reason you have forgotten or misplaced your username or password, you can always request them from the website.
To have your username and password emailed to you, click here. Follow the instructions on the next page, and your login information will be sent to the email address on file with your account. If you cannot remember what email address you used to subscribe, or if you no longer have access to that email address, please contact us directly.
What are cookies, and how are they used in my streaming subscription?
In internet wording, a cookie is just a small piece of information that is saved to a special storage space on your computer. A cookie generally only contains an ID number that is unique to you. That ID number corresponds to information in a database, and this kind of matching of IDs between cookies and databases enables many of the things that make the internet work. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by the same website that gave you the cookie.
It's very important that cookies are enabled in your web browser for access to our sites. There are two types of cookies: first-party cookies and third-party cookies. To access our service, make sure you allow third-party cookies.
To enable cookies in Internet Explorer, go to the top of browser and select Tools, then scroll down to Internet Options to select it. This will open the Internet Options box. At the top, you will see tabs labeled General, Security, Privacy etc. Click on the Privacy tab, and you should see a slidebar that moves up or down. Grab it and move it down to Accept All Cookies, then click Apply and OK to close the box. This is the typical cause of most log in problems.
As for firewalls:
Many members wisely choose to use internet security software such as Norton Internet Security, McAfee Internet Security, or Zone Alarm Pro. This software includes important anti-virus and firewall functions. However there are also features in this type of software that are designed to protect your privacy by blocking cookies and hiding your internet activities from the web sites you visit.
We are not suggesting that you turn off your security software, in a manner of keeping it turned off. As stated above, anti-virus and firewall software is very important. What we suggest you do is change your software's ad-blocking or privacy settings so that tracking cookies and links are allowed, thereby allowing access to log in. In extreme circumstances, disabling or turning off the firewall may be the only solution if unable to adjust the settings. But rest assured, once logged in, you can turn the firewall back on.
Besides your web browser and internet security software, there could be other parts of your computer or network that are blocking cookies and preventing you from earning reward points. Because there are so many different software packages, computer systems, network environments, and ISPs, we are unable to provide specific instructions for all possibilities.
I can't access the audio, but I have the correct login, and the latest player — I've tried just about everything!
If you are having problems accessing the audio or problems logging in, the problem may be simply that your computer is trying to access a URL link that has been updated or changed. You'll need to clear your computer's cache by deleting your cookies/temporary internet files, and then try logging in again.
To do so from your Internet Explorer browser:
At the top of the Internet Explorer browser, look for File, Edit, View, etc. Go to Tools, then scroll down to select Internet Options. This will open a grey box, and in the middle, look for Browsing History. Click on Delete, and a smaller box will open. Make sure all the little boxes are checked and click Delete. When the cache clears, click Apply then OK to close the Internet Options box. Close the browser, then re-open it and go back to the website to try again.
To do so from your Firefox browser:
Click on Tools at the top of the browser. Select Options, then in the new window, click the plus symbol (+) next to Cache, then click Clear. Click OK on the box to close it, then close the browser. Re-open it and go back to the website to try again.
Can I use my subscription on more than one computer or device?
Your membership is valid on up to two computers and one mobile device at a time. Usage on more devices than this may cause our system to audit your account, which could possibly result in the cancellation of your subscription.
I pressed the subscribe button, but didn't get a password on the next screen, or a confirming email with my account information. Did I subscribe, or not?
Most likely, you did not complete the subscription process properly. Once you enter your information and click subscribe, our system makes a number of tests of your information. It checks to make sure that your credit card information is valid, that the address you entered matches the billing address on your credit card, and that all fields have information in them.
If any of this information is missing or incorrect, when you press the subscribe button you are returned to the form to make corrections. We have observed that some people think, upon being returned to this form, that they have actually completed the subscription process. They haven't, and as a result do not receive a confirmation email or password.
Every successful subscription will lead to a confirmation page with your billing information, your user name, and your password. If you did not see such a page, your subscription was not completed, and you were not billed. You may subscribe again, using care to read and print the confirmation email. If you accidentally are billed twice, please send us an email using the contact form above, alerting us to this fact, and we will credit your account at once.
